All 11 brain training games
A few minutes a day to keep your brain switched on. 9 levels are playable right now; the rest are in development.
Good Brain is a free online brain-training site: original mini-games covering memory, attention, reaction speed and logic, with 8 difficulty levels per level and a site-wide leaderboard. Play in your browser on desktop or phone — nothing to install.
How to use this site
- Pick a levelEvery level has a difficulty scale. Difficulty 1 is open by default; the rest unlock as you clear them.
- Play a setEach set starts with a 3-second countdown that is not counted in your score. Mouse and touch both work.
- Read the resultThe result screen shows your score and grade (full marks / excellent / good / pass / fail) plus the time threshold for each grade.
- Unlock the next levelClear the accuracy or time target for a difficulty and the next one unlocks. Progress is never taken away.
Memory training
Hold it and bring it back when you need it: short-term retention and working-memory updating.
Attention training
Lock onto the target among distractions: visual search, sustained attention and sorting efficiency.
Reaction training
Faster and more accurate: reaction speed, impulse inhibition and rule switching.
Logic training
Reason it out step by step: arithmetic construction, inductive reasoning and logical elimination.
About difficulty and scoring
Every level has 8 difficulties: difficulty 1 is open by default and the rest unlock as you clear them. Within a level, difficulty only changes one explainable thing — the side of the Schulte grid, the sequence length in Pattern Memory, the number of categories and beans in Bean Sort. Getting harder is always something we can explain, never a mystery multiplier on your speed.
Scoring is recomputed on the server: the browser only reports raw metrics (time, number correct, where items were dropped) and the server runs the same formula. If the two disagree, the score is rejected — so the leaderboard is not whatever your browser claims.
